Introduction General Help

The QTL Express service will be wound down sometimes from summer 2008. It will be replaced by the GridQTL service.

Users are welcome to register to the GridQTL service from now on in order to get familiar with its new features, its updated interface and its increased speed. Please provide your full name, the address of your institution and your phone number when you register.

There is a new F2/Outbred module for the mapping of epistatic QTL available (you need to register to the GridQTL service to use it).

The pre-production Linkage-Disequilibrium-and-Linkage-Analysis tool is also available there.

We would also like to hear about your feedback on the GridQTL service.
